What's it all about
If you do not have the necessary qualifications, but want to study towards entry onto courses for:

a future degree,
•
a higher education diploma
•
a career in social welfare or social care professions,
then undertaking modules from the Certificate of Higher Education (Cert HE) is an ideal way of starting your studies.
You will have the choice of a wide variety of subjects which are available at local community venues and you can enrol upon 'stand-alone' modules from the Certificate of Higher Education, Combined Open Studies.
If you are entering
or returning to Higher Education, but are unsure of the level of
commitment needed and the amount of time you are able to give
to
studying, this gives you an opportunity to undertake one
module at a time depending on
your individual circumstances.
